MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L., as the owner and administrator of the website www.magnaprod.com informs you that the data that you provided in the “Circular and Newsletter Subscription” form will be included in the computerized files of MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L. and will be used by this company in order to collate the data of those users who wish to receive the Circular and Newsletter edited online by MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L. containing the latest, most noteworthy information and special offers for corporate customers of RHM Communication Group.

By returning the completed “Circular and Newsletter Subscription” form to MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L., the parties concerned consequently agree that MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L. can collate their data for those purposes outlined above. However, and in accordance with article 6 of the Data Protection Act, parties concerned may withdraw their consent, after having justified this request, for the personal data provided to be used. To exercise this right, the person concerned must send an e-mail to this address info@magnaprod.com , or a letter to MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L. Avda. José Manuel Caballero Bonald No. 1 Blq. 10 4º D, postcode 11405. Consent is not retroactive.

For its part, MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L. pledges that the data provided will be handled confidentially and in accordance with all the security measures provided for by law, to prevent unauthorized access and processing. Likewise, the data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes not strictly linked to that of storing the data of those who wish to receive the circulars and newsletters edited online by MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L.

Similarly, MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L., in accordance with article 5 of the Data Protection Act, informs you that replying to the questions on the “Circular and Newsletter Subscription” form is optional and at any time you may exercise your right to access, rectify, erase and/or block the data provided. In this case, the person concerned shall send their request to the database manager by e-mail to info@magnaprod.com . You may also exercise the aforementioned rights by sending a letter to MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L., at the address given above.

MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L. will store the e-mail data provided by users for an indefinite period from the moment it is received until the owner requests that it be modified and/or removed definitively from the system. At the end of that period, MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L. will take all measures necessary to destroy the data. Moreover, in accordance with article 12.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L. will hold for a period not exceeding twelve months all data needed to ascertain the source of the stored data and on what date the service was first provided. The obligatory holding of data will not affect the confidentiality of all correspondence. The data will be held for security purposes and will not be used for purposes other than those specified in the aforementioned Law.

Similarly, in accordance with article 21 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, MAGNA PRODUCTIONS, S.L. will not send publicity material by e-mail unless it has been authorized by users. Unless expressly stated otherwise MAGNA PRODUCTIONS has the recipient’s consent to be sent marketing communications by MAGNA PRODUCTIONS’s corporate clients when it’s circular and/or newsletter is sent out.

In order to do this, it may be necessary for Magna Productions, S.L. to transfer personal data to other companies within the worldwide Magna Productions, S.L. group or to external service providers for further data processing. Magna Productions, S.L. requires that these parties agree to process personal data based on our instructions and in compliance with this data protection notice.

Magna Productions, S.L. guarantees that it will not sell or lease your personal data to a third party.
